- We do not wipe down blinds.
- We do not clean chandeliers.
- We do not wash or fold laundry.
- We do not move heavy furniture.
- We do not scrub carpets or upholstery.
- We do not clean the inside of the dishwasher.
- We do not guarantee cleaning of any window or dusting above 12 feet.
- We do not open windows or clean exterior windows (inside windows only).
- We do not scrub walls. We only wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- We do not do any kind of construction work such as scraping paint or plaster, moving or re-arranging construction equipment.
- We do not declutter or clean homes with a hoarding situation.
- We do not clean homes with human or animal feces on the floor or anywhere our cleaners would be in contact with these substances.
- We do not clean homes that are actively being worked on by other contractors. If your contractors are still in the home when our crew arrives, we will cancel the cleaning and you will be charged a $60.00 cancellation fee.
